Patient Care Technician 18-Week Training Program

Patient Care Technicians play a crucial role in the healthcare industry. They assist doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel in caring for patients. As a Patient Care Technician, you have multiple employment options. PCTs are most frequently observed in hospitals. Employment is sometimes available in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and long-term care or hospice facilities. It is the responsibility of patient care technicians to assist patients who require assistance with areas of care needs such as bathing, toileting, ambulating, and eating.
